Where do I cancel?
Use the subscription management option in Account when available. If you cannot find it, contact us using the Contact page.
What happens after cancellation?
A confirmed cancellation stops future renewals. Your account remains accessible on the plan available to you after the paid period ends.
Is cancellation the same as a refund?
No. Cancellation stops future billing; any refund request is handled separately under the applicable refund conditions.
